Sometimes I think customer service is a dead art. Not dying, but actually in the coffin and buried.

But I think the staff at Arrowhead Golf Club in Wheaton proved me wrong, at least for one evening. I can’t remember having been treated so well recently. Plus, it’s a great place to shoot, so all in all it was a great evening.
