Fashion and Dance

I had a lot of fun shooting this stage show over the weekend. Almost two hours of fashion, dance and music for a major consumer products manufacturer. Fashion models coming down the runway remind me of brides, in a way — only there are far more of them, they don’t smile, and they walk much faster! The necessity of “getting the shot”, though, still holds, and as always, I love a challenge. Stage shows, especially when professionally-produced, are some of my favorite work. The great colors, makeup and choreography really lend themselves to great photographs.
